STEDI stands for Silence The Eating Disorder Inside. Jennifer is dedicated to help those afflicted with this dangerous illness. These illnesses are caused by a complex interplay of biological, psychological, behavioral and social dynamics. Treatment is specifically tailored to include all of these.

A leader in treating Eating Disorders, Jennifer recognized eating disorders as a significant mental health issue in 1996 and started her specialization. The STEDI program was developed from her decades of research, and treating patients with this affliction. Well above the average rate of success, STEDI has proven to consistently relieve people of their symptoms allowing them to return to the lifestyle they desire.

STEDI is designed to restore quality of life. This is accomplished through treatment programs that address this illness concurrently on the psychological, nutritional, and medical fronts.
