People hear me talk about self love a lot in my work. When you desire true happiness, or are just sick and tired of being sick and tired, it will be easier to attain. Psychotherapy at Sirona Therapy helps people find that inner strength, and helps them realize what they are fully capable of achieving. This life has much suffering. But the timeless reality is that strength is gained through the hammering in the fire of suffering. Just like a blacksmith turns plain metal into fine instruments of purpose. Experienced and heartfelt treatment helps someone find the strength and resiliency to manage emotional pain successfully, and look through the lens of positivism and blessings. I too live with life\u2019s inevitable suffering, and can relate on that level. Let me emphasize a powerful word – Vigilance. There are many negative influences that you will be exposed to everyday. Be vigilant to keeping your thoughts on the positive and loving person you are capable of being. It is always inside you. We are all born with it. You are not alone in having experienced, or continuing to experience terrible things. Suffering is unavoidable. Be vigilant in resisting being swallowed up by the negativity. Your thoughts are your reality. If you let negative self defeating thoughts dominate, that will become your reality. The great news is if you are vigilant in directing yourself to positive and self loving thoughts, that will also become your reality.
