As a therapist my goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible when therapy gets uncomfortable. I work from a place of transparency, warmth, humor, curiosity, and compassion. Play and big feelings are always welcome in our sessions together.

As a drama therapist, I utilize traditional talk therapy and creative practices. Want to work on having a difficult conversation? Let’s do a role play. Tired of talking? Let’s create something. Want to feel more connected to your body? We can move together. No experience in any creative art is necessary–just you and a willingness to lean in. I utilize movement, writing, role work, visual art, text work, embodiment, puppetry, improvisation, and image work.
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and trauma. My experience includes people with dementia, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, OCD, complicated grief, and ADHD. My work is HAES informed, trauma informed, humanistic, and relational. Systems impact people–let’s talk about it. Welcome!

Lisa Quigley, LCSWR

Senior Associate

My name is Lisa Westfall Quigley and I am a 30 year seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for all client needs, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.

Jennifer and I have been friends and coworkers for years. I’m glad I took the opportunity to move my practice into her new beautiful and soothing office environment. Because I maintain a completely independent practice, I accept most insurances.
I love working with adolescents, couples, and families to restore them to peace, happiness, and stability.

Lauren Kelley

Sirona Therapy Westchester Putnam Rockland Fairfield County Eating Disorders Intern Lauren Kelley Bio Page

I’m Lauren Kelley, a pre-graduate MSW (Master of Social Work). After a 15-year career in the arts, I pursued social work due to a lifelong interest in human behavior and mindset. I’ve always been interested in why we, as humans, do the things we do…but also why we sometimes do things that we wish we didn’t do. As a future therapist, my passion is to help people untangle thoughts and beliefs that feel confusing or “tangled up” in their minds and assist them in getting “unstuck”.

I recently completed a clinical internship at Northern Westchester Hospital, where I worked with people of all ages and at all levels of care. This included the Behavioral Health Unit, Emergency, Maternity, and the hospital’s Sub-Acute Rehab. Prior to the Northern Westchester Hospital internship, I was a volunteer at Silver Hill Hospital, where I worked with adolescents in an art therapy group.
As a clinical intern at Sirona Therapy, I look forward to the Clinical Director training me in the specialty of Eating Disorders. I’m grateful I’ll be making contributions to the healing process for adolescents and adults who are struggling with challenges in their lives, and have been brave enough to take the first steps toward feeling better by coming to therapy.
